Rita R. Melissano is a Psychologist from Italy, Marriage and Family Therapist from USA, Holistic Psychotherapist, Mindfulness Teacher & Trainer, Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, Ordained Minister, Advanced Level Practitioner in The Art of Giving Light. She is also a gifted Writer and Photographer and an eternal Student of all Ancient Spiritual Traditions and Egyptology.
She puts aside all these credentials, her past personal, professional and public accomplishments, to start a new life at all levels, a New Way, with a heart full of gratitude for the privilege to be of service to others, make a difference in the world and make her gifts available to anyone, without setting a fee, but accepting your donation.
During her clinical career, Dr. Melissano has worked with individuals, couples, families and groups of every socio-economic and ethnic group, spiritual belief, gender, age, ability, sexual orientation, civil and military background. She has always felt at home in a diverse, inclusive and international setting, connecting in oneness.
Dr. Melissano has provided therapy in Italian, Spanish, & English, but she also speaks French, and has studied Mandarin Chinese, Modern & Ancient Greek, Latin, Sanskrit and Ancient Egyptian. She has traveled all over the world and presented at national conferences, international academic settings and world congresses (e.g. China, India, Hungary, Norway, Ecuador, Canada & USA).
A world traveler, she has offered her time & services mostly in Illinois-Iowa, California and Italy.

As a writer, over the years Rita has been a contributor for professional journals, magazines and newspapers (view ARCHIVES/click here). Then, the Writer in her has also become a Poet, and the Poet has become an Author, with the publication of not one, but Two Poetry Books at once, in the series "The Way of Love".
